Hi, I’m Christian. I build custom websites designed to help businesses grow.

Advertising, social media, and SEO help people find your website, but once they do, it’s up to your website to turn them into customers.

Stop wasting time with a website that does nothing for your business. Invest in a website designed to generate more leads and revenue today!

“If you think good design is expensive, you should look at the cost of bad design.”

-Ralf Speth, CEO, Jaguar Land Rover

Not all websites are created equal

You might think that it doesn’t matter what kind of website you have representing your business. After all, a website is a website, right?

Wrong.

Where the right website can help bring customers through your door, the wrong one can send them running into the arms of your competitors.

An impressive website sending out amongst a bunch of boring websites
Someone happily using a website

It’s all about the user experience

People buy from those they know, trust, and like, and if your website doesn't connect with them on all three levels, then it’s not worth the investment.

There is a world of difference between a mediocre website that tells people what you do and a website that provides a great user experience and shows people why you’re the BEST at what you do.

One attracts business. One doesn’t. And the design will dictate which.

In search of a long overdue website, we engaged Christian to help. We wanted to give users the info they needed to ensure that calls coming in were from ready-to-order customers rather than those seeking information over the phone.

Almost immediately after launch, we were achieving our desired results. Customer service has improved, and the majority of incoming calls are resulting in immediate orders. Thank you Christian for enabling us to streamline our operation.

Portfolio

Alex Garland Architects

(Concept piece)

The way in which you present a portfolio is just as important as the portfolio itself. If the point of showing examples of your work or products is to convince people that you’re great at what you do, then you need a website that makes them look as impressive as possible.

This website is an example of how visual and structural design can elevate a portfolio and create a user experience that keeps viewers engaged. That is how you turn them into customers, and that is how you increase your market share instead of losing it to your competitors.

Remember, just like bad acting can ruin a great story, a cheap website can ruin a great portfolio.

Why do so many restaurant websites fail to attract customers, or worse yet - drive them away?

Because they look horrible.

You can’t just throw your info onto a website and expect people to come running, just like you can’t just throw some ingredients onto a plate and expect it to be delicious. You have to put in the work.

Restaurant websites should make people salivate and call immediately to make a reservation. The Bella Vita website is designed to do just that and is an example of what I believe restaurant websites could, and should, look like. How do you want yours to look?

Petillo Guitars

(Concept piece)

Petillo Guitars makes some of the world’s finest guitars, but their website wasn’t reflecting that. Over the course of a couple of months, I devoted myself to redesigning and building a new website for them that would change that.

The new site incorporates the new focus and functionalities they wanted it to have while staying true to their roots and brand. By using imagery taken only from their social media accounts, I was able to make a website that shows what makes Petillo Guitars so special.

Every website’s primary goal is to attract customers. But how do you do this if you’re in an important but unglamorous service industry? You do it by designing a website that connects with your target audience and shows them why you’re the best option out there.

By focusing on the content, usability, aesthetics, and speed, this site provides potential customers with information that is both useful and easy to find in an overall pleasing experience. You’d be amazed by how much these factors influence whether or not people pick you over your competitors.

People will judge you based on your website, regardless of your industry. A well-designed website could be one of the best investments you'll ever make for your business.

Sometimes, it’s not enough to just show your work; you have to show why you work. Loralee’s art is heavily inspired by the way she sees the world, both literally and figuratively. This connection was the inspiration for the website's overall design.

By focusing on this connection throughout the site, the viewer is pulled into Loralee's world while experiencing her expressive work. The use of large, uniform images were used on the gallery pages to emulate a gallery experience.

This project was a classic case of a great business that had an outdated website. After understanding how the owner wanted the new website to represent her business, I created the structure, content, and visuals while keeping her involved along the way.

We completed the project with minimal revisions and in good time. The site is simple, as desired, but embodies the warmth everyone feels when they enter the salon, which was the owner’s main request.

Aim For Design

Aim For Design (AiM) is a gem in the interior design world. Unfortunately, its website neglected one of AiM’s greatest assets - its showroom full of unique, seasonal home goods. It also failed to show how much the owner, Amy, has helped her clients with her inspired design work. This was hurting the business and had to be fixed.

AiM’s new website not only does all of that and more, but it does it wrapped in a modern design that is engaging and easy to use. People can finally learn about everything AiM has to offer, see what an amazing designer Amy is, and most importantly, discover what her showroom has to offer.

If you are lucky enough to work with him, you will not be disappointed. He listens and interpolates your thoughts, in away that is beyond the average designer. Trust him to deliver exactly what you need to help your business grow. I cannot wait to see how mine does, now that I have a site, that truly depicts my work, my store, and my self.

A website is an investment in your business, but not every website is a good investment

diagram of characteristics

The right website will help your business. The wrong one won’t.

There is a lot that goes into making a website that connects with people and convinces them that you’re what they’re looking for.

Your website has to establish you as an authority, professional, and trustworthy if you want it to actually help your business. Making websites like this is what I do, and I can't wait to help your business by making it a website that is:

Protect your investment

Your website is one of your business's most valuable assets. Ensure its health and longevity and prevent minor issues from becoming expensive nightmares by getting a maintenance plan.

  • protects your site by performing regular security audits that catch Malware before it compromises your site
  • provides emergency debugging & disaster recovery support
  • keeps your legal policies up-do-date
  • and more

My process

Two people talking to each other

1. Discovery

You can’t solve a problem you don’t understand. That’s why I always begin by learning about your business and goals and doing competitive analysis.

A computer showing layout options

2. Content & Visual Strategies

Content is king. This doesn’t just apply to WHAT you communicate, but also to HOW you communicate. I’ll work together with you to create the structure, content, and design strategy your website will need.

A painter's palette and typography examples

3. Design

Once you approve the content and visual strategies, I'll start incorporating everything we've worked on into a high-def visual representation of what your site will look like. After you approve that, I’ll start building the real thing.

A snippet of code

4. Development

Now I turn the approved design into a fast, responsive website. I’ll incorporate any CMS, animations, or third-party integrations your site will require as well as on-site SEO, which I build into every site. After user testing and feedback, we’ll move on to the 5th and final stage.

A new website wrapped in a bow like a present

5. Delivery

This is the most exciting part - you finally get your NEW WEBSITE! Once I get your final approval, I’ll take care of the technical stuff, and your new website will be live and ready to take your business to the next level!

Christian built me a new portfolio website and it turned out absolutely gorgeous! I came to him with specific ideas, but I appreciate that instead of simply following them to a T, he came back with a bunch of his own that I ended up liking even better.

He was great to work with and kept me on track with my part of the process. I would definitely recommend getting a website made by him!

Write better online content with these tips

People don’t read websites the same way they read physical media. If you want your audience to read what’s on your website, you have to write and present it in a way that engages them.

This article will show you how to do just that and help you transform your writing into a lead-generating machine.

The website Christian made for my business was beautiful, but I had no idea the impact it would have on my business until it was up and running. He was easy to work with and listened to all of my concerns. Christian is a well of knowledge when it comes to what works and doesn’t work on websites, and I would strongly recommend him to anyone who wants their business to grow.
