Hi, I’m Christian. I build custom websites designed to help businesses grow.

Advertising, social media, and SEO help people find your website, but once they do, it’s up to your website to turn them into customers.

By focusing on the user experience, I create websites that guide people into taking the actions that will help your business grow.

“If you think good design is expensive, you should look at the cost of bad design.”

-Ralf Speth, CEO, Jaguar Land Rover

Your website is the face of your business

Like it or not, your website is how people make their first impression about your business. This can help or hurt you, depending on the quality of your website.

If you want to stand out from the crowd, your website needs to also. A custom website sets your brand apart and lets you show people why they should choose you over your competition.

It’s all about the user experience

Research shows that there is a direct correlation between a website’s design and its ability to bring in business. That’s because the design affects the look and usability of your website, which is known as the user experience.

A good user experience establishes your credibility and builds trust with the user, both of which are essential in converting potential customers into customers. A bad user experience is frustrating and will make those potential customers leave and find a website they can trust.

A well-designed custom website gives you the most control over the user experience and the greatest potential to attract business.

In search of a long overdue website, we engaged Christian to help. We wanted to give users the info they needed to ensure that calls coming in were from ready-to-order customers rather than those seeking information over the phone.

Almost immediately after launch, we were achieving our desired results. Customer service has improved, and the majority of incoming calls are resulting in immediate orders. Thank you Christian for enabling us to streamline our operation.

Petillo Guitars

(Concept piece)

Petillo Guitars makes some of the world’s finest guitars, but their website wasn’t reflecting that. Over the course of a couple of months, I devoted myself to redesigning and building a new website for them that would change that.

The new site incorporates the new focus and functionalities they wanted it to have while staying true to their roots and brand. By using imagery taken only from their social media accounts, I was able to make a website that shows what makes Petillo Guitars so special.

Backroom Hair Studio

This project was a classic case of a great business that had an outdated website. After understanding how the owner wanted the new website to represent her business, I created the structure, content, and visuals while keeping her involved along the way.

We completed the project with minimal revisions and in good time. The site is simple, as desired, but embodies the warmth everyone feels when they enter the salon, which was the owner’s main request.

Loralee Grace (painter & muralist)

Sometimes, it’s not enough to just show your work; you have to show why you work. Loralee’s art is heavily inspired by the way she sees the world, both literally and figuratively. This connection was the inspiration for the website's overall design.

By focusing on this connection throughout the site, the viewer is pulled into Loralee's world while experiencing her expressive work. The use of large, uniform images were used on the gallery pages to emulate a gallery experience.

My process

Two people talking to each other

1. Discovery

You can’t solve a problem you don’t understand. That’s why I always begin by learning about your business and goals and doing competitive analysis.

2. Content & Visual Strategies

Content is king. This doesn’t just apply to WHAT you communicate, but also to HOW you communicate. I’ll work together with you to create the structure, content, and design strategy your website will need.

3. Design

Once you approve the content and visual strategies, I'll start incorporating everything we've worked on into a high-def visual representation of what your site will look like. After you approve that, I’ll start building the real thing.

4. Development

Now I turn the approved design into a fast, responsive website. I’ll incorporate any CMS, animations, or third-party integrations your site will require as well as on-site SEO, which I build into every site. After user testing and feedback, we’ll move on to the 5th and final stage.

5. Delivery

This is the most exciting part - you finally get your NEW WEBSITE! Once I get your final approval, I’ll take care of the technical stuff, and your new website will be live and ready to take your business to the next level!

Christian built me a new portfolio website and it turned out absolutely gorgeous! I came to him with specific ideas, but I appreciate that instead of simply following them to a T, he came back with a bunch of his own that I ended up liking even better.

He was great to work with and kept me on track with my part of the process. I would definitely recommend getting a website made by him!

I can’t say enough about how easy it was to work with Christian. He is extremely talented and addressed all of my requests. I wanted something simple that would let the salon’s personality and professionalism shine, and the result was better than I could have dreamed.

I am extremely cautious about recommending someone, but I would hands-down 100% recommend Christian to design a website to promote and reflect who and what your business is. He was such a pleasure to work with!
